Within a very short period of time we are able to identify scope, gaps and open issues that can be immediately worked on by the customer followed by detailed documentation describing all issues covered during the workshop.

• Step 1: The Collis/B2 Expert EMV & Contactless Course
• Step 2: A comprehensive workshop used to identify scope, gaps and open issues.

Following the Collis/B2 Expert EMV & Contactless Course we can now move to the workshop, knowing that the attendees have sufficient knowledge to discuss EMV, Contactless and its impacts on the organization. Our comprehensive workshop is conducted using the following process:

• Review of all current Business and Technical processes
• Interviews with the various stakeholders
• Requirement and Scope Validation of the EMV & Contactless components of the project based on the current processes and interviews
• ½ Day Presentation of the new or updated Requirements and Scope
• ½ Day Presentation of the Approach towards EMV & Contactless Compliance
