Collis Card Simulator

The Collis Card Simulator provides true card simulation by emulating all the functions of an actual contact and contactless chip card. This product is specifically targeted for use by merchants and their VARs to train, develop and test their EMV solutions prior to delivery to an acquirer for certification.

By using the Card Simulator, testing the functional behaviour of an EMV solution no longer requires that large numbers of EMV test cards be available because the Collis Card Simulator allows you to simulate your own EMV cards. The Collis Card Simulator is able to simulate the behavior of both Contact and Contactless EMV cards (CPA/MChip/VIS/PayPass/payWave/Interac Flash). It uses a unique box and probe as a physical device to simulate a physical card and comes with a set of predefined card profiles that can be used immediately to test any EMV solution.

Using the Collis Card Simulator during testing, all card commands and responses between the card and terminal are logged and clearly reported. The Collis Card Simulator includes CPA, M/Chip 4.0, VIS 1.4, VIS 1.5 & Interac card profiles. The EMV Card Simulator can simulate both correctly functioning cards as well as faulty cards,- both being critical to the testing process.

The SmartWave box uses RF at 13.56 MHz and supports card types ISO 14443 Type A, B and ISO 18092 NFCIP-1
